Policies -- Please read!
1) Art requests will be on a "per character" basis. Multiple characters will be charged accordingly, BUT discounts can be applied.
2) Please note that art requests which are heavily detailed will be subject to additional charges, depending on complexity; for further discussion between artist and customer.
3) Payment first before art upload. In cases when art is not to the customer's liking, a percentage of the points paid may be refunded.
4) Original copy of traditional art requests (pencils or watercolors) are available to customers if requested.
